- Restocking Fee No restocking fee if order is for one (1) veil; multiple
veil orders are subject to 15% restocking fees.
- Shipping USPS shipping comes with tracking number – signature confirmations is additional $2.05 and Insurance is additional $2.05. If the package is lost, we will not be responsible for lost package.
- If it was our mistake in shipping you the wrong
or damaged item, we will pay for the shipping charges.

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 30 days of receiving the merchandise
for refund or within 30 days for an exchange.
Returning for refunds and exchanges:
- Return must be with the tags intact.
- Because veils are made of very delicate materials
and can be easily damaged by wearing them repeatedly,
there are no warranties beyond the initial refund/exchange
period.

Veils:
- Special-order veils may not be returned for exchange
or refund.
- These are veils with non-standard lengths and/or
special edging/accent combinations.
- For example, let's say you need your veil to be
54" long. This is not a standard length (closest
is Fingertip - 42" or Waltz - 65"), thus
you won't find any veils of this length in our catalogs.
Not to worry! You can call us with your specific needs
and we'll custom-make the veil for you. But because
this consistitutes a special order, we're unable to
accept a return for refund or exchange. We recommend
that you view as many photos of similar veils on our
website and speak with our representatives before
placing such an order. We want you to be happy with
your veil, that's the bottom line!
Instructions for returning items
for refund or exchange:
- Print the Return &
Exchange Form so that you can fill out the required
information regarding the items that you are returning.
Please note the reason for the return. Make sure that
this form is included with the package that you are
returning.
- Indicate if you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like
by completing the information on the return form.
- Complete the name and address portion of the form
to indicate where we should send the receipt or exchange.
- Please, when packing, do not scrunch the veil.
Use the original tissue paper and package the veil
as it was when you received it. Pack and seal
your return securely (in the original package if possible)
and include the return form and the original receipt.
Packages must be returned prepaid.
